Velotec Sports offers Training in coaching in many different ways to suit the rider !

Work Outs - Velotec Sports has a range of work outs to complete as part of your training. These can be used at any time.

Coaching
- This system is a personalised 4 week block of training . Tailored to each individual. This system uses Training Peaks to monitor the athletes training. Get your daily workouts via e-mail, take your intervals with you on mobile, and log your training as each day brings you closer to your goal. Available for all events and levels.

Training Plans - A little different to the coaching system, Velotec Training Plans are pre planned systems that can vary in length . These plans are chosen by the athlete to best suit there current situation and can be uploaded into their own training peaks account . You DO NOT need a premium Training Peaks to use these plans.
